Garage-to-Carport Cleanout

How we handled it
- Walkthrough and sort plan: Walked both spaces, flagged sentimental boxes for the family to keep, and identified donation-eligible furniture and tools.
- First trailer: bulk junk: Loaded the obvious junk first — broken patio furniture, water-damaged boxes, old paint cans (sealed), expired chemicals (handed to county hazmat).
- Second trailer: donations + scrap: Working tools, usable furniture, and electronics went to a local nonprofit. Metal scrap went to the recycler.
- Sweep and walk-through: Swept both concrete pads, took photos for the homeowner's records, and walked the empty space with them before we left.
